Our rucksack: Next destination Belgium!!!

Our rucksack will travel from country to country.  It will help us to climb our Everests along the way.  We'll keep our travel passport and our good practices in there.
The next destination will be Herzele in Belgium where we will deal with a new challenge:  working with different languages

Manlleu meeting: Press releases

These are some of the press releases after the project meeting in Manlleu:
  • Article in the local newspaper:  "Diari de Manlleu"

Our project song

In the Manlleu meeting we also could sing our project song.  We had the collaboration of our former project colleague Noah Tauche and his students from a school in Brussels.  Thank you Noah!!

The song is an adaptation from John Denver's "Country Roads" and it will grow as the project develops.  These are the lyrics:

Help me climb

There is always
a new challenge
Like a mountain
on the horizon

Let's all go there
We'll find a new way
Show me all those blue skies
And a brand new day

(so) help me climb
mountains high
Take my hand, we will fly
And we'll reach there
All together
Let's all climb
that mountain high

Our logo

In Manlleu we worked in groups to create a logo for the project.   This design was chosen by a majority of participants.
However there were other very good designs and everybody did a great job.  You can see the other creations following this link.

Manlleu meeting: Friday 18th December

Friday, our last official day of the meeting, was very busy:  In the morning we finished our tasks with the logo and the MHM website.  We also played with a Kahoot questionaire about our countries.
In the evening we had the final party: we sang Christmas songs from all our countries and we had a very good time.  Sadly it was time to same goodbye as on Saturday we would part to our different countries.

These are the Christmas songs each country presented:

You can see some pictures from this day on this page.

Manlleu meeting: Thursday 17th December

On Thursday we went to the Montserrat mountains.  We walked on one of the most impressive mountain ranges in Catalonia.  We also took pictures for our project.
In the afternoon we continued working with the logo and uploading information the the MHM website.

During all day we took pictures for our task in the MHM platform.
